Since Pinto Carpentry serves most counties in the state of New Jersey, we see a lot of really cool holiday attractions and lights displays on our commutes! In our downtime, we love to take our families on little mini trips through the state to see some of the best and brightest lights we see during our travels. From custom decorated homes to tacky inflatable lawn ornaments to city-organized holiday lights displays, it’s all got us feeling very merry and bright this time of year.

Now through December 31st, the Winter WonderLights is bringing some much needed holiday cheer and joy with more than 1.5 million animated Christmas lights along a ½ mile drive through journey set to seasonal holiday musical favorites. Tickets are priced per car and available at the gates! Located at the Middlsesex County Fairgrounds in East Brunswick.
DiDonato’s Magical Holiday Express is returning for another fantastic year in Hammonton NJ! You and your family can ride a Polar Express inspired train through millions of Christmas lights and meet Santa Claus and his Elves at the end for a photo op! Admission includes the train ride and lights displays, and a special story time and pictures with Mrs. Claus as well as a present from Santa, holiday movie tent, toy market and walk through holiday village. It’s happening now through December 23rd and tickets are selling fast.
Now through December 30th, the Skylands Stadium of Augusta, NJ is hosting their annual holiday lights spectacular “Skylands Stadium Light Show and Christmas Village” event! This mile-long drive through event features over two million lights that will dazzle and delight. Your family can also enjoy a holiday market with local vendors and artisans, take a family picture with Santa Claus, roast some smores over the fire pit with hot cocoa and coffee, and adults can stop by the Winter Beer Garden!
Just because Autumn has come and gone doesn’t mean the fun stops at Demarest Farms in Hillsdale! The Orchard of Lights guided drive-thru tour features 32 acres of twinkling and sparkling lights displays to get you in the festive spirit. After your 30 minute tour, you can enjoy smores and hot cocoa by the fire pit, have a meet and greet with Santa and listen to the singing reindeer! And, of course, there’s plenty of seasonal delicious snacks at the farm market!
PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel has converted the grounds into a magical light show drive-thru that’s a cut above the rest! Magic of Lights is running now through December 30th, you can enjoy an incredible display of twinkling, sparkling holiday lights and animated displays. As an added bonus, if you book your tickets online you can get them at a discounted rate, leaving you a little extra in your pocket for the holidays, and those who pre-book will also get the opportunity to snag a magical light-up dinosaur wand!
